Why they keep going
Ticking it off is the reward.
Finished work earns points. Points move them up levels through the term. Days in a row build a streak they won't want to break, and a day off can be marked without losing it. Each term closes with a gold, silver or bronze trophy on their own shelf.
Most children already know this loop from games. Here it runs on homework, revision and the chores at home, and the app cheers them on when they finish.
And no leaderboard, ever. Nothing here ranks your child against another child. Not against the class, and not against a brother or sister on the same account. The only person they are measured against is who they were last term.

Upload the weekly syllabus or the exam datesheet, the Excel file your school already sends, and it becomes dated homework, class tests and exam entries for the whole class, with a chapter-by-chapter checklist against every exam portion. It reads the file itself, not a PDF or a photo, and says so plainly if you try one instead of guessing at a date. One upload covers the whole term, not an evening of retyping.
You see everything before it goes out, so a wrong date or title is yours to fix first, and the class gets one notification for the whole upload, not one per item. Afterwards you see counts for the class, never a message to one child and never a name held up against the others.
Your first class is free, up to 60 students. A tutor's first family is free the same way. Beyond that, one subscription covers every class you teach and every family you tutor, however many there are. Every family in that class is free forever while you are their teacher on AllSet, not a trial with an end date. AllSet is built by EnoshInfra, a registered Indian company, so you have something to say if a coordinator asks who is behind it.

Does my child need their own phone?
No. A parent can run the whole planner from their own account. If you would rather your child had their own sign-in, you can add one . It is a setting, not a requirement.
How do we get AllSet?
Open it in any browser and sign in. You can start tonight, on the phone or laptop you already have. On a phone you can add it to the home screen so it opens like any other app, and it still opens when the signal drops.
What if my child's teacher doesn't use AllSet?
It still works. You add the work yourself, or import the PDF the school sent. The free Classroom plan is the one that needs a teacher; the Family plan does not.
Who can see my child's work?
You, your child, and any teacher or tutor you have joined or invited. No other family, no advertising, and nothing sold to anyone. See the privacy policy, or how AllSet handles your data, in plain words.
Is AllSet free?
Yes, if your child's teacher or tutor uses AllSet. Everything they send you stays free. You pay only if you want to add and plan your own work on top of that, and new accounts get a free trial of the paid plan first.
How do we get AllSet?
On Android, get the app on Google Play. On anything else, whether iPhone, iPad or laptop, open allset.avivmatrix.com in your browser and sign in; on a phone you can add it to the home screen so it opens like any other app. Either way you can start tonight, and it still opens when the signal drops.
Do I need to install anything?
Only if you want to. The Google Play app is the easiest way on Android, but AllSet also runs in any browser, and adding it to a phone's home screen makes it open like an app. Nothing about your account changes between the two: sign in anywhere and your planner is there.
Is AllSet on the App Store or Google Play?
It's on Google Play. There is no App Store version yet: on an iPhone or iPad you add AllSet to your home screen from Safari, and it works the same way. The steps are on our install page.
How is this different from a to-do list app?
It knows how a school week works. Exams have chapters you tick off as you revise. The timetable tells you what to pack for tomorrow. A teacher sets homework once and it reaches every student, instead of thirty messages.
Can my child's teacher see everything in the planner?
No. A class teacher sees her own class's work and how many students have finished it. She never sees a named child's planner. A tutor you invite sees only the child you invited her for.
Can I use AllSet for more than one child?
Yes, up to three. Each has their own planner, subjects and timetable, and you switch between them without signing out. Brothers and sisters never see each other's work.
Does AllSet have ads or leaderboards?
Neither. No ads, no advertising trackers, and no ranking between children. Points and trophies measure a child against their own record.
What happens to our data, and can we delete it?
Children's data is handled under India's DPDP Act, and consent is recorded when the account is created. You can delete the account from Settings. The privacy page names the company and the grievance contact.
Is AllSet only for schoolwork, or the rest of the week too?
The whole week. Holidays, a birthday, a family dinner, a trip. Children add their own things as well, like football, piano practice or chess. Activities are scored in their own pile, so tidying a room never counts towards schoolwork.
What does AllSet do for a teacher?
She sets homework, an exam or a notice once and it reaches the whole class, or several classes at once. She sees how many students have finished, never a named child's planner. She also keeps her own reminders for each class she teaches, so tomorrow is ready before she leaves today.
What does AllSet do for a private tutor?
She sees the week her student is actually having: what school has set, what is due, and when the exams are. She can set work for that child and log her sessions. The parent invites her, and can remove her at any time.
How does AllSet keep a child motivated?

Is it competitive between children?
No. There is no leaderboard anywhere in AllSet. A child is measured against their own record, and a trophy is earned on the term's work rather than won.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for reading. Once AllSet is on the home screen or installed from Google Play, it opens and shows the plan without a signal. Saving a change needs a connection.
Will anyone call me?
No. There is no sales team, no follow-up calls, and no one with your number. If you want to talk to us, write to team@avivmatrix.com and a person replies.
Billing
How payment works
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the same price, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time, from inside the app. Access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days, no reason needed. Full terms on the refunds page, including what happens if a payment fails.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, so AllSet never sees or stores your card details. Nothing is shipped: a plan is active the moment the payment succeeds (delivery).
