Delivery and shipping

AllSet is software. There are no physical goods, no packaging and no courier. Nothing is ever posted to you, so no delivery address is needed and no shipping charge is ever added.

Immediately. A subscription starts the moment the payment succeeds — usually within a few seconds. There is no waiting period, no dispatch and no activation step.

You use AllSet in the same browser or app you were already signed in to. Nothing new is installed and nothing is emailed to you before you can start.

If a payment succeeds and your subscription has not started within a few minutes, sign out and back in once — that is enough in almost every case, because your device may still be holding the previous answer.

If it still has not started, write to us and we will fix it. You will not be charged twice — and if something has gone wrong at our end, we refund it whether or not the refund window has passed. See refunds and cancellation.

Anywhere with an internet connection. Payments are taken in Indian rupees.
