The short version: AllSet holds your child's schoolwork so they can plan it. We don't sell it, we don't advertise to your child, and we don't use it to train anything. If you upload a school document, we keep the file in your account so you can open it again. A PDF with text in it is read on our server. A picture of a page has no words in it for us to read, and we tell you so instead of guessing. You can ask us to delete all of it at any time, and we will.
Who we are
AllSet is run by EnoshInfra. Registered at B-104, Silverton Apartments, Chikka Begur, Bangalore 560068. If you need to reach a person about anything on this page, write to team@avivmatrix.com.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, EnoshInfra is the data fiduciary for your family's information. That is the legal way of saying EnoshInfra is the company answerable for what happens to it, including at the companies further down this page that hold it on our behalf.
What we hold
About the student: their name, their class or grade, their school's name, and the work they add. That is homework, projects, exams, notes, marks they choose to record, and anything they tick off.
About the account: the email addresses of the people who sign in, and whether each is a parent or the student.
Documents you upload: the file itself, its name, and the text we read out of it. An exam timetable or a syllabus usually names your child's school and class, so we hold it as carefully as the rest.
From teachers: if a teacher adds your child to a class, work she sets appears in your child's planner.
A student does not need an email address or a login of their own. If they don't have one, we don't hold one.
What happens to a document you upload
Every document you upload is sent to us and saved in your family's account. Whether we can read it depends on what kind of document it is, and there are two kinds.
Most school PDFs have real text inside them. Some are pictures: a scan of a page, or a photo of one, with nothing in the file a computer can read as words. AllSet tells you when what you have given it is a picture, so you never have to work this out yourself.
A PDF with text in it is read on our server. The file goes from your child's browser to our server so it can be read. That server is run for us by Netlify. It reads the document while the request is open and keeps no copy of its own.
A picture is not read at all. There are no words in it to read, so AllSet does not try to guess them. It tells you the file is a picture and offers you a different way round: copy a question it writes for you, ask any AI assistant you already use to type the page out, and paste the answer back. That is your choice and your account, not ours. If you do it, AllSet is not part of that conversation and never sees it. The file itself still comes to us and is still saved in your account, the same as any other document, so you can find it again or delete it.
What holds either way is that no other company reads your document. We do not send it to Google, we do not send it to an artificial-intelligence service, and it is not used to train anything. Until September 2026 AllSet could turn a picture into words inside your own browser, and that has been removed. We would rather tell you that than quietly leave the old promise on this page.
Whichever kind it is, the file is then saved into your family's account. It sits in private storage at Supabase, which is where you find it again under Settings, then View imported documents. We save the text we read out of it as well, so you can check what the planner took from the page.
Private means private. Only someone signed in to your account can open the file, through a link that stops working an hour after it is made. Each account can hold 50 MB of documents.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not show advertising. We do not use your child's work to train artificial-intelligence models. We do not build a profile of your child for anyone else's benefit.
Companies that hold data for us
A few companies hold parts of this for us. They work to our instructions, they may not use your family's data for anything of their own, and EnoshInfra stays answerable for it.
Supabase runs our database, our sign-in, and the private storage where uploaded documents are kept. Most of what AllSet holds about your family is there.
Netlify runs the website and the server code behind it. Everything sent to AllSet passes through Netlify, including every document you upload, and a PDF with text in it is read there.
Razorpay takes the payment if you subscribe. Your card details go to Razorpay and never to us. We are told that a payment succeeded, and nothing more.
If you installed AllSet from Google Play, Google knows you installed it, in the same way it knows about any app on your phone. Subscriptions are not bought through Google, so no payment of yours goes to it.
If you turn on reminders, the reminder travels through the push service your browser or phone already uses, which is Google's for Chrome and Android, Mozilla's for Firefox and Apple's for Safari. The message is encrypted before it leaves us, so the service delivers it without being able to read it.
That is the whole list. If it changes, this page changes with it.
What a teacher can and cannot see
This one matters, so it is exact. A teacher who adds your child to a class sees your child's name, class and school on the roster, and sees how many students in the class have finished a piece of work. That is a count, not a list of names. She does not see your child's planner, their other subjects, their marks, or anything she did not set herself.
A tutor you invite yourself, for your child alone, sees more. That is the point of hiring one. She sees it only because you invited her.
Thirty families never agreed to have their children inspected individually. That rule is enforced in our database, not just hidden in the app.
Children
AllSet is built for school students. India's DPDP Act treats anyone under 18 as a child, and we apply that same standard to every family wherever they live. It is stricter than most: the UK and Singapore set the line at 13 and Quebec at 14, so a family outside India gets more protection here rather than less. An account is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child's behalf. A student added to an account by their parent has access to their own planner and nothing else.
How long we keep it, and how to remove it
While your account is open, we keep your data so the planner works. If you delete your account, we keep it for 30 days and then delete it permanently.
The 30 days exist so a deletion by mistake can be undone. Ask us within that window and we can restore it. After that it is gone and we cannot get it back.
Removing one document. A document you upload stays in the account until you remove it or the account is deleted. To remove one, open Settings, then View imported documents, open the document and choose "Delete this document". The file and our record of it both go, straight away, and the space it used is free again. If anything goes wrong, write to team@avivmatrix.com naming the document and we will remove it.
A parent can remove any document in the account. Anyone else in the family can remove the ones they uploaded themselves.
Removing a document does not remove the work that came from it. The homework and exams the planner made from a page are your child's own items. They stay in the planner and lose their link back to the original. Delete them in the planner as well if you want them gone.
Deleting the account. Your documents go with everything else. For the first 30 days the files are still there, because that is what makes the undo possible. If you choose "Delete permanently now" on the recovery screen, the files are removed straight away and nothing waits 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about your family, ask us to correct anything wrong, and ask us to delete all of it. Write to team@avivmatrix.com and we will act on it.
If something goes wrong
Our grievance officer is Priya Yeluchuri, reachable at team@avivmatrix.com or +91 80735 82033. This is a real person, not a ticketing system, and complaints about how we handle your data come here first.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app rather than hoping you re-read it.
