Deleting your AllSet account
Last updated 3 October 2026. AllSet is operated by EnoshInfra.
If you can sign in
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete my account. If your plan is not active, the same link is on the screen that tells you so. You then pick one of two choices, and confirm with a code before anything happens:
- Delete, but keep my data for 30 days in case I change my mind. The account is switched off straight away. Sign back in within 30 days to get everything back.
- Delete permanently now. Everything is erased today and cannot be brought back.
Only a parent or account owner can delete an account.
If you cannot sign in
Email team@avivmatrix.com from any address and tell us the email address the account uses. We will verify you own it and delete the account for you.
You can also contact our Grievance Officer, Priya Yeluchuri, at team@avivmatrix.com or +91 80735 82033.
What is deleted
Everything belonging to the account: the account itself, every child on it, and all of their homework, projects, exams, marks, notes, revision topics, lessons, comments, timetables, school calendars and trophies. Any documents you uploaded are deleted too.
The sign-in itself is removed too, so the email can no longer be used to log in.
What is kept, and for how long
For 30 days after you delete, the data is kept but nobody can reach it. The account is switched off, not yet erased. Sign back in within that time and choose Recover my account, or ask us and we will restore it. To erase it sooner, sign back in and choose Delete permanently now.
After 30 days it is permanently erased and cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
The window exists because deletion is easy to do by mistake: a family who changes their mind, or a child who deletes a parent's account, can be put back.
A small record that a deletion happened is kept afterwards, with no personal details in it, because we have to be able to show that we did erase the data.
