Is AllSet safe for your child?
There are no ads in AllSet, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics. There is no leaderboard and no ranking between children anywhere in the app, and no freeform chat. Comments attach to a specific piece of work. Nobody will phone you: there is no sales team and no one has your number.
Children's data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. EnoshInfra, a registered Indian company, is the data fiduciary; Priya Yeluchuri is the named grievance officer and answers personally. You can delete the account from Settings, and the data is erased for good after 30 days.
What we do not do
Decisions made once, not settings you have to find.
No ads. None.
No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no profiling and no third-party analytics. Nothing about your family is sold, and nothing is used to train anything. The user here is a child.
No leaderboards.
There is no ranking between children anywhere in AllSet. Points, levels and trophies measure a child against their own record, and a trophy is earned on the term's work rather than won. A child who is already behind is not shown a table with their name at the bottom.
No sales calls.
There is no sales team, no follow-up calls, and no one with your number. If you want to talk to us, write to team@avivmatrix.com and a person replies.
No open chat.
Comments attach to a specific piece of work. There is no freeform messaging between children and no inbox a stranger can reach.
Who sees what
Every view in AllSet is scoped, and the scoping is the design rather than a setting.
- A class teacher sees her own class's work and how many students have finished it. She never sees a named child's planner.
- A private tutor is invited by the parent, per child. She sees that one child's school week and nobody else in the household, and the parent can remove her at any time.
- Brothers and sisters on one account each have their own planner and never see each other's work.
- The parent holds the account. India's DPDP Act treats anyone under 18 as a child and we apply that standard everywhere, which is stricter than the 13 or 14 used in most other countries. The account is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child's behalf.
Your data, and getting rid of it
Three things the DPDP Act requires, and where each one is.
- Delete it. Delete the account from Settings inside the app. It is kept for 30 days so a deletion by mistake can be undone, then deleted permanently. There is also a public deletion page.
- See it or correct it. Ask for a copy of everything held about your family, or ask for anything wrong to be corrected, by writing to team@avivmatrix.com.
- Complain to a named person. The grievance officer is Priya Yeluchuri, reachable at team@avivmatrix.com or +91 80735 82033. A real person, not a ticketing system.
The binding document is the privacy policy, and this page is a summary of it. Where the two ever disagree, the policy is the one that counts and this page is the mistake.
Who is actually behind this
A small company, named, with a real address and a working phone.
AllSet is operated by EnoshInfra, a registered Indian company, and published under the AvivMatrix studio brand. EnoshInfra is the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act and the merchant of record for payments. The registered address is B-104, Silverton Apartments, Chikka Begur, Bangalore 560068, and the contact page carries the phone number and email.
Payments are taken by Razorpay. AllSet never sees your card. What is charged, what is refundable and how to cancel are set out in the terms and the refunds policy.
